Have you been on the hunt for meeting minutes for a while? Not to worry! We’ll clear some things up for you.

Once upon a time, minutes were shared via email after the monthly meetings, to all members in attendance. This was great for immediacy, but led to confusion on which version was the final version. It also left us searching through old emails to copies from several months prior.

Enter: the Google Drive!

We’ve since migrated all of our public communications to the FOL Round Rock Public Communications drive. This drive is accessible to anyone with the link. So now, to find meeting minutes, you’ll need to visit the Friends new website: FOLRoundRock.org and navigate to the Meetings page. There, you’ll find a link to Meeting Agendas & Minutes that has everything you’re looking for.

No problem.

1. Visit folroundrock.org
2. In the header, find the ‘meetings‘ page and select it to navigate there
3. Just under the intro, you’ll see a link to ‘Meeting Agendas & minutes‘
   • You’ll see a folder with 2024 minutes, and 2025 minutes. Just select the folder you’re looking for.
